Mental health is a vital part of overall well-being, influencing how people think, feel, and behave in daily life. It shapes our ability to cope with stress, build and maintain relationships, make decisions, and contribute meaningfully to our communities. When mental health is supported, individuals are more resilient, productive, and engaged. When it is neglected, challenges such as anxiety, depression, and social isolation can arise, impacting not only individuals but also families, workplaces, and society. Prioritising mental health helps create healthier, more compassionate, and more connected communities.
