Changes to our cancellation policy
Unfortunately, we have had to amend our cancellation policy due to many late cancellations and no-shows.
We now require 48 business hours’ notice to cancel an appointment. Business hours are Monday to Friday 10 to 5pm.
Late notice for cancelling an appointment requires full payment of the appointment fee. Please call 95606722 to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
