The role will involve completing various administrative tasks such as answering phones, diary management, medicare billing, greeting clients, taking payments, organising external billing, following up referrals, scanning and faxing, liaising with other community agencies and administration support to a team of psychologists.

This position would suit an individual with experience in healthcare and reception/administration support. It will require the person to be organised, personable, and show initiative. It is a casual role or permanent part time, averaging 8 to 15 hours per week (depending). It would primarily be based on-site at the practice, with the potential for some WFH hours.

There is no weekend work, but we are open during the week in the evening.  We are a friendly and hard-working team. Open communication and support are strong values in our practice. We are looking for someone open to learning and growing in this role.
